Responsibility and safety

Keep the decision boundary visible.

The Workflow Deletion tool screens one existing repeated telephone workflow using organization-level information. It does not make a clinical decision, approve automation, or establish that KOGSY can remove the workflow.

Spoken-input capture is probabilistic and tested separately. Once information is confirmed, the signed protocol decision is applied deterministically by code.

The free tool

Qualification, not approval.

It compares candidate workflows, identifies confirmed stop conditions, estimates time and operating-cost differences from buyer inputs, and applies seven buyer gates.

The buyer

Clinical and operational ownership stays human.

The buyer retains clinical judgment, escalation, patient care, consent, compliance, procurement, deployment approval, and ownership of exceptions and callbacks.

The Blueprint

Decision work only.

If separately scoped, a Workflow Deletion Blueprint maps one workflow, checks evidence and simpler substitutes, defines the human boundary, and produces a written recommendation. It includes no patient calls, production pilot, clinical validation, or software implementation.

Start with one real workflow.
